LOVE LOVE LOVE......Dr. Carvalho.....I have been going to him for years and have followed his practice from Markham to Oshawa and will follow where ever he goes....Very Professional and very caring.  The office always work around my schedule.  Highly Recommend

Dr. Carvalho has been my optometrist since I was much younger than what I am today (at least for 16+ years) and I have never been let down when it comes to even needing an emergency pair of contacts on hand in the office.. All associates have also been amazing and I find work very well together with the Doctor especially when it comes to an urgent situation whether it be finances, emergency pair of contacts, scheduling around a busy lifestyle, etc. They even emailed me my prescription that was from last year immediately which was sooooo convenient... I just wanted to leave a massive shout out to Dr. Neil Carvalho and Associates and I really hope to never lose you guys!! Thanks a million!

Great experience! The receptionist was lovely and Dr. Carvalho was great, especially with my 5 year old daughter. She loved sitting in the chair and reading out the letters. We will definitely return here.
